Zip 131

RZP-131-ZIP is a version of an external roller blind with ZIP guide rails designed for installation with themaintenance flap located at the bottom of the box allowing for much easier servicing. The used fabric is inserted and stretched in special two-piece guides, using zip technology. The fitting bracket in the front of the box allows any types of plastering to be used. Our box profile can be plastered and insulated from every side, leaving only the maintenance flap at the bottom. The special construction of the guide rails enables their partial built-in installation, thanks to which thewhole systemblends in perfectlywith the building facade. Only 90 ° box profile type in 131 mm size is available, thanks to small size of the box we can apply insulation from 140 mm – 150 mm thick. The guide rails are made of extruded aluminum, while the box is made of cold-bended aluminum sheet, which allows us to manufacture products up to 5400 mm width and 6000 mm height.
