Customer requirements
A constant connection with nature. It was important to the client that guests could enjoy spectacular coastal views from any location, regardless of the weather conditions.
Architectural harmony. The new structure had to blend organically into the existing style of the resort, complementing the overall aesthetic impression.
Longevity in coastal conditions. Given the humidity, exposure to salt and wind, we needed hard-wearing, low-maintenance materials that would not lose their functionality and aesthetics over time.

Design
A robust and elegant design specifically adapted to the coastal climate. The design maintains a lightweight impression while ensuring a high level of resistance and a smooth integration into the architectural style of the resort.
Glass enclosures
It features panoramic glass enclosures that close, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding scenery at any time of the year. The closed systems protect against wind, humidity and precipitation, preserving the feeling of openness.
Retractable roof
A retractable roof is integrated into the design to give flexibility – useful for clear days, closing in the heat or in harsher weather. This allows the space to be used in all weathers while maintaining maximum comfort.
Materials used
Reinforced aluminium profiles and load-bearing elements – for strength, load resistance and durability.
Automatic bioclimatic blinds – weather-controlled, allowing you to control the flow of light and air.
Tempered glass fences are safe, visually light and preserve panoramic views of the city and river.
