Pergola B500-20P Bioclimatic
The aerodynamic swivel blades are made of extruded aluminium. Creates the perfect microclimate by individually adjusting light levels and air circulation. The closed slats form a roof that is impervious to rain and sun. The aluminium slats are virtually heat-free and do not release harmful substances into the environment.
The support beams and columns are made of high-quality aluminium and coated with thermosetting powder paint. Fasteners are made of stainless steel. The model meets the highest Beaufort wind resistance class and is stable in 10 point winds. It is additionally integrated with a wide range of optional accessories. The average lifetime is 10 years.
Main uses: conservatories, verandas and terraces, patios, outdoor pools and restaurants.

ADVANTAGES OF BIOCLIMATIC PERGOLAS
- The maximum height of the columns is 7 m and the maximum span on two columns is 7 m in width and 8 m in length.
- The main units – columns, front beams and slats – are supplied pre-assembled with ready-made subassemblies and suspension elements for easy installation. The structure is assembled by 2 assemblers without special tools.
- Support beams with integrated gutters along the entire perimeter of the structure allow for efficient water collection, and water drainage is integrated into the columns, minimum quantity 2 pcs.
- The number of modules along the X and Y axes is unlimited, 1 column is used at the junction of 2 to 4 structures.
- The slats are placed on top of the base of the assembled structure.
- Integrated decorative and main LED, RGB lighting with dimmer.

Advantages
SUPPORT BEAM WITH INTEGRATED WATER CHUTE
The support beam with integrated gutter allows even very large volumes of water to drain away. Thanks to the well-designed internal stiffness and a wall thickness of 3 mm, the structure can be built with a column spacing of up to 7 m. The double wall around the perimeter of the structure allows for the installation of any vertical, guillotine and sliding-glass sun protection system.
MAIN COLUMN
Even in high rainfall conditions, the drainage of this 164 x 164 mm column works perfectly. Also, its capacity is increased at any height of the structure. The column is reinforced with 7 anchor bolts at the base, which ensures a high degree of structural rigidity and ensures the stability and flexibility of the free-standing structural elements.
LAMEL 200X50 mm
The central axis rotation technology allows the slats to rotate 112 degrees. This creates visual integrity and tightness between the slats themselves.
INNOVATIVE ROTATING BLADES SYSTEM
The technology of rotation around the lower axis allows the slats to swivel between 100-120 degrees, which offers many advantages. These include visual integrity and strong slat compression, ensuring a high level of structural integrity. This innovative system prevents dirt and water from escaping into the interior of the slats during rotation.
MULTI-LAYER PANELS, ROOF-LOCK LOCK
Such a roof is resistant to all weather conditions thanks to special sealants. The sealing elements used in Latak are made of high quality rubber, which ensures a tight seal: thermal, sound insulation, reduced condensation due to the thermal insulation layer.
INTEGRATED DRAINAGE
Specially designed aluminium slats channel the water flows through gutters to a carrier with an integrated drainage tray, which is installed around the perimeter of the pergola. A large volume of water can be drained in this way. The water is discharged through special drainage holes in the column.
FIRM COMPRESSION FUNCTION
Quality compression is ensured by a powerful, high-tech German easylift mechanism. It is manufactured by Bansbach, a manufacturer of aerospace components. These mechanisms, which are suitable for pergolas, are sealed to IP 65 against dust and moisture, regardless of the angle of rotation. Multiple Bansbach motors can be installed in large construction areas.
PERIMETER LIGHTING
A lighting system around the perimeter helps to create a cosy atmosphere inside the structure. The dimming function allows you to adjust the lighting level.
ARCHITECTURAL PAINTS
These paints add strength to the metal surface and are also resistant to ultraviolet radiation and temperature changes. It can last for at least 10 years and is environmentally friendly as it contains only safe resins, fillers, pigments and additives.
