Pergola B500-25P Bioclimatic
Aerodynamic rotating lamelas are made of the extruded aluminum. They create the perfect microclimate due to the individual adjustment of lighting and air circulation. In closed state they form the roof impenetrable for rain and sun. The aluminum lamelas are almost not heated up and do not emit harmful evaporations.
Support beams and columns are made of the high-quality aluminum and covered with thermosetting powder paint. The fasting details are made of the stainless steel. The model has the highest class of the wind resistance on the Beaufort scale. They can withstand wind strength 10 points. This model is additionally equipped with range of the supplementary options. The average life cycle is 10 years.
The main designated use: main application: equipment for winter gardens, country verandas and balconies, patios, outside pools and restaurants.

ADVANTAGES OF BIOCLIMATIC PERGOLAS
- Maximum height of the columns is 7m, maximum span of two columns in width is 7m and offset is 8m.
- The main assemblies, columns, frontal rails and lamelas are supplied ready assembled with the prepared assemblies and hook-up elements, which facilitates installation. The construction shall be mounted by two specialists without application of any special instruments.
- The supporting beams with the integrated trays for water collection are located along the perimeter of all structure to collect water, and the water discharges are integrated to the columns, their minimal quantity is 2 pcs.
- Number of modules on X and Y axis is not limited. 1 column is applied on joint of 2-4 structures.
- The lamelas are loaded from top to the assembled base of the structure.
- The decorative and primary LED, RGB lighting with dimmer is embedded.

Advantages
SUPPORTING BEAM WITH INTEGRATED DRAINAGE DUCT
The supporting beam with an integrated duct ensures the drainage of even large amounts of water. The well-designed internal rigid space and wall thickness of 2.7 mm enable to produce a structure with a distance of up to 8 m between the columns. A double wall around the perimeter of the structure enables to install any vertical, guillotine or sliding glass system protecting against direct sunlight.
MAIN COLUMN
The drainage of this 164 x 164 mm column works perfectly even in heavy rainfall. It also has strengthened rigidity at any height of the structure. The column with the base is reinforced with 7 anchor bolts to ensure high structural rigidity, as well as the stability and mobility of self-supporting structural elements.
LAMEL 200X50 mm
The central axis rotation technology allows the slats to rotate 112 degrees. This creates visual integrity and tightness between the slats themselves.
INNOVATIVE ROTATION LAMEL SYSTEM
The technology of rotation around the lower axis allows the lamels to rotate 100-120 degrees. This offers many advantages, one of which is visual integrity and strong lamel compression ensuring high structural integrity. This innovative system prevents accumulated dirt and water from leaking inside the lamel as it rotates.
MULTI-LAYER PANELS, ROOF-LOCK LOCK
This type of roof is resistant to any weather conditions due to the use of special sealants. The sealing elements used in the duct are made of high quality rubber ensuring overall integrity: heat, sound insulation, and reducing the level of condensate due to the thermal insulation layer.
INTEGRATED DRAINAGE
Specially designed aluminum lamellas direct the water flows in channels to the carrier with an integrated drainage tray, which is installed around the perimeter of the pergola. A large amount of water can leak out this way. Water is released through special drainage holes in the column.
STRONG COMPRESSION FUNCTION
High-quality lamella compression is ensured by the powerful high-tech German "easylift" mechanism. Its manufacturer is Bansbach, an aerospace component manufacturer. These mechanisms, adapted to pergolas, have tight protection, according to the IP 65 standard, against dust and moisture, regardless of the angle at which the slats rotate. In large construction areas, several can be installed Bansbach engines.
PERIMETER LIGHTING
The lighting system around the perimeter helps create a cosy atmosphere inside the structure. The dimming function allows to adjust the lighting level.
ARCHITECTURAL PAINT
This paint gives metal surfaces resistance and is itself resistant to ultraviolet radiation and changes in temperature. Surfaces covered with this paint will last for at least 10 years. The paint is environmentally friendly since it contain only safe resins, fillers, pigments and additives.
DESIGN MODULARITY
